This Privacy Policy explains how NextLeap (the operator of NextArena, referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal data through this website, nextarena.al. It covers the marketing website only. Use of the NextArena platform by customers is governed by a separate customer agreement and privacy notice.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we process the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.
Cookies and local storage. This site uses only functional storage: “na-locale” remembers your chosen language and “na-theme” remembers light or dark mode. These are strictly necessary to provide the site as you request it; they do not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
How we use your information

Children’s privacy
This marketing website is intended for competition organizers and other adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. Any processing of student data within the NextArena platform is handled under the separate customer agreement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
